Nature of our services
We provide event and photo zone decoration services across Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), including balloon installations, photo zone backdrops and full venue styling. These are delivered on your event date at your venue in the UK. Once the decoration service has been performed, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

| More than 14 days before event | Full refund of deposit, or reschedule to a new date (subject to availability) |
| 7–14 days before event | Deposit may be retained; balance not charged |
| Less than 7 days before event | Deposit and any costs already incurred may be retained |
Specific terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. These policies apply to all event and photo zone decoration bookings in Great Britain, including balloon arch, backdrop and full styling packages from our base in Leicester, UK.
Cancellation by us
We may need to cancel in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, severe weather). In such cases we will offer a full refund or reschedule to a mutually agreed date. We serve events across Leicester, Leicestershire and Great Britain.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our event or photo zone decoration service in England, Wales or Scotland (including balloon installations, backdrops or full venue styling), please tell us on the day or as soon as possible.
